No. AutoStackNotes is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Substack. It works alongside your existing Substack account through a Chrome extension you control.
Do I need to keep Chrome open for my Notes to go out?+
No. The extension only needs to place a Note into Substack’s native scheduler ahead of time — Substack handles the actual posting at the scheduled time, the same as if you’d scheduled it yourself.
What Chrome permissions does the extension need?+
Only access to substack.com pages while you’re logged in. It doesn’t crawl other publications, collect subscriber-level personal information, or operate outside your own account.
Can I review Notes before they’re scheduled?+
Yes. Choose manual approval, auto-approve with a review window, or full autopilot — you can change modes at any time as you get comfortable with the system.
What happens if Substack changes its interface?+
